Cancellation
- Orders for digital services once confirmed cannot be canceled if already processed or delivered.
- Physical product orders can be canceled before shipping by contacting support.
Refunds
- Refunds are applicable only for services not delivered or in case of duplicate payments.
- Refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days through the original payment method.
- No refunds for successfully delivered digital services unless proven defective or undelivered.
